Centennial Park’s All Abilities Playground
The City of White Rock is set to complete its new all abilities and all ages playground in Centennial Park, right by Ruth Johnson Park. This project marks another step the community is taking towards promoting inclusivity and healthy living. As the first phase of a proposed network of athletic equipment, this playground will connect White Rock’s parks. A naming contest went underway earlier this summer and the chosen name is set to be revealed during the park’s grand opening later this year.
